Technician
Bryce is our technician in training. Bryce is 17 years old and the son of owner, Todd.
Bryce is currently a student at Campbell-Savona High School and GST Boces where he attends the auto body program. Once Bryce graduates,
he plans to attend MMI (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute). After Bryce becomes certified, he would like to come back and continue with the Crystal City MotorWorX team! In his spare time, Bryce enjoys riding dirt bikes and all things outdoors!

Jesse Plumley is a lead technician at Crystal City MotorWorX. Jesse grew up in Addison, New York. After graduating high school in 2018, Jesse went on to attend MMI (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute) in Orlando, Florida. Jesse was certified in Honda and Yamaha repair, when he graduated at the end of 2019. Jesse immediately came to work for Crystal City MotorWorX at the completion of his schooling. Jesse became an integral part of our team! Jesse is a hard worker who also enjoys riding. Jesse rides a 2008 Buell 1125R.

Lead Technician
He grew up in a small town (Hamburg, PA) located just outside of Reading, Pennsylvania. Todd participated in vocational training through high school, learning small engine repair. After high school, Todd went on to MMI (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute) in Orlando, Florida where he specialized in Harley Davidson repair. Todd’s career started back in Leesport, PA at Classic Harley- Davidson. His hard work and knowledge earned him a promotion to service manager, which brought him to Corning, NY when Classic bought out Harding Harley Davidson which was named American Twin Harley Davidson. In 2012, American Twin was renamed Corning Harley-Davidson. Todd worked hard and earned the trust of many local motorcycle enthusiasts in the area. In January 2016, Corning Harley Davidson decided to close its doors. It was at this point, Todd decided he would continue in his passion and open his own shop. With the love and support of his family, Todd established Crystal City MotorWorX Inc in May of 2016. Todd’s passion is to offer the best service in the area. He and his team work hard every day to maintain that excellent reputation. It should be no surprise that Todd loves to play as hard as he works. Todd currently has a 2019 Harley-Davidson Road Glide, also known as “Gold Digger,” a 2017 Harley-Davidson Street Glide (his newest project), and a 2006 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail, dubbed as the shop mule when he bought it wrecked and rebuilt it several years ago.
Outside of all things motorcycles, Todd enjoys camping with his wife (Rhiannon), traveling to new places, and most things outdoors! Todd and Rhiannon have three children. The oldest, Dillon, is serving our country in the United States Marine Corps. Dillon and his wife have twin daughters, who hold a special place in “Pop’s” heart! The only girl, Peyton, is studying at Brockport to become a nurse. Peyton is also a skilled cosmetologist and dancer. The youngest child, Bryce, is currently in high school and attends Boces for auto body repair. Bryce will be interning at Crystal City MotorWorX, in hopes of learning the business.
